We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be fluent or highly proficient in both Arabic and English, with strong communication abilities and excellent typing speed and accuracy on both computer and mobile devices. This position demands professionalism, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Manage, prioritize, and respond to all incoming and outgoing communications (email, WhatsApp, etc.).
Type, format, and transcribe documents in Arabic and English efficiently on both keyboard and mobile.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other required documents.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
Arrange travel plans, accommodations, visas, and detailed itineraries.
Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
Maintain filing systems and oversee database management.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Strong and accurate typing skills in both languages across devices.
2-5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a comparable administrative role within the UAE.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and commonly used communication platforms (WhatsApp, Gmail, etc.).
Reliable, discreet, and professional at all times.
