Recommend perfumes based on customer needs, occasions, and budget.
Demonstrate product knowledge including fragrance notes, longevity, and brand stories.
Achieve individual and store sales targets on a monthly basis.
Upsell and cross-sell perfumes, gift sets, and accessories.
Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
Monitor stock levels and report low stock to the supervisor.
Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and POS systems accurately.
Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat sales.
Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and retail policies.
