We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Sales Executive - Niche Fragrances

to join our team. As a key representative of our luxury fragrance brand, you will provide an exceptional customer experience, educate clients on niche perfumes, and drive sales by offering personalized consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

Demonstrate deep knowledge of niche fragrances, including ingredients, scent families, and brand stories, to educate and guide customers in their selections.

Sales Performance:

Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques and clienteling strategies.

Consultative Selling:

Provide a tailored and sensory-driven fragrance consultation experience for customers.

Brand Representation:

Uphold the brand image by maintaining impeccable grooming, professional conduct, and excellent customer service.

Store Operations:

Assist in visual merchandising, stock management, and maintaining store presentation standards.

Market Awareness:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor brands, and emerging fragrance trends to enhance the customer experience.

Events & Promotions:

Participate in in-store events, promotional activities, and brand training sessions to enhance product knowledge and engagement.

Requirements:

Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in niche or high-end fragrances. Strong knowledge and passion for perfumery and olfactory trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong client relationships and provide a personalized shopping experience. Sales-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets. Professional appearance and adherence to brand grooming standards. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
