strong background in perfume sales

hands-on expertise in blending and formulating fragrances.
This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the art and science of perfumery and can manage a retail outlet independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive retail perfume sales and meet monthly targets.
Communicate effectively with Arabic, Hindi, and English-speaking customers.
Blend perfume oils with alcohol and fixatives to create balanced fragrances.
Prepare and bottle perfumes, ensuring consistent product quality.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of perfume ingredients, concentrations, and fragrance families.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and personalized recommendations.
Manage shop operations independently, including stock handling and daily sales reporting.
Maintain the shop's presentation, hygiene, and product display standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience
in perfume sales within the fragrance or cosmetic industry.
Strong knowledge of
fragrance composition, oil blending, and alcohol mixing techniques.
Ability to communicate fluently in
Arabic, Hindi, and English.
Strong sales skills, customer service focus, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle a retail outlet with minimal supervision.
Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
