Job Vacancy : Health Nursing Quality Supervisor
Location: Qatar

Job Purpose
To ensure high standards of nursing , health quality and patient safety,
support sustainable staffing through professional supervision, quality
control, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
General supervision of nursing , health quality and compliance with
approved protocols
Conduct field inspections and quality audits
Investigate errors and complaints
Take immediate corrective actions (training, reassignment...ect)
Support training and competency assessment of staff
Participate in identifying and evaluating qualified staff locally
and internationally
Monitor relevant nursing and healthcare conferences, workshops, and
professional updates, and report applicable best practices
Support the preparation and follow-up of licensing and
credentialing requirements by reviewing clinical qualifications and
technical readiness, in coordination with HR & Licensing

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree a related healthcare field is
required.
Registered Nurse (RN)
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
Experience in health ,Care, Quality, or Supervision preferred
Strong communication and reporting skills
computer skills.

Probation Period
This position is subject to a probation period during which performance
and suitability will be assessed based on quality indicators and
operational requiremen
