Position: Performance Marketing & Tracking Specialist
Location: Dubai, UAE - Onsite

who cantrack everything, retarget everyone, and turn analytics into growth decisions
. If you live and breatheGoogle Tag Manager, GA4 dashboards, pixels, DSPs, and compliant ad scaling
, this is your role.Responsibilities:
Launch and optimize
global performance campaigns
with high budgets. Developmulti-channel retargeting funnels
for high-intent traders. Navigatefinancial ad restrictions
and keep campaigns compliant. Buildtracking architecture
(GTM, GA4, server-side tagging, Enhanced Conversions, MMPs like AppsFlyer/Adjust). Ownpixels and event tracking
across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, andDSPs
(Moloco, DV360, The Trade Desk). Createadvanced reporting dashboards
(GA4 + Looker Studio / Power BI) for full-funnel visibility. Design and maintaincustom GTM tags, triggers, and data layers
for web & app.Requirements:
4+ years
in performance marketing or paid ads (2+ in finance/trading ideal or gaming). Proven mastery ofGA4 reporting
>M setup/debugging
. Skilled incross-platform tracking & attribution
post-iOS14. Hands-on withGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads
. Experience withDSP media buying
(advantage). Analytical, data-driven, and ROI-obsessed.Why Join Us:
