Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta & Google ad campaigns Generate high-quality B2B leads Build and manage sales funnels Contact, qualify, and close leads Track and improve ROAS, CPL, and conversions Manage leads using CRM (HubSpot / Zoho or similar) Retarget, A/B test, and scale winning campaigns Required Skills Performance Marketing & Paid Ads Management Meta Ads & Google Ads Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization Funnel Building & Retargeting Sales, Follow-ups & Deal Closing CRM Handling Strong communication & persuasion skills
