We are looking for a junior professional with experience in paid ads. Using each channel, you will apply the scientific method to learn from each action and discover the best way to leverage our growth in the Middle East. We look for intelligent, proactive people with empathy and natural pleasure in working collaboratively. An interest in technology, innovation, and startups with fast growth and constant change is fundamental. Responsibilities:

• Assisting in digital ads campaigns
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative digital marketing campaigns
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels
• Growing social media audience and increasing engagement rates
• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in paid ads (Google, Facebook, Snapchat, etc..)
• A proven track record of developing and executing highly successful digital marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills
• Native Arabic & excellent English written and verbal communication skills
