Job Profile & Description:

You are the analytical engine of the marketing team, responsible for driving measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth across all brands. You are obsessed with data, budget optimization, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). You will manage all paid digital advertising channels, from social media platforms to third-party delivery aggregators, ensuring every riyal of the marketing budget is accountable and effective. This role requires a deep understanding of the Qatar digital landscape and the nuances of F&B marketing funnels.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Budgeting:

Develop, manage, and optimize the paid media strategy and budget for all Crave Holding brands.

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display), TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.

A/B Testing:

Continuously test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance.

Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management, focusing on key metrics.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Content Creators and Multimedia Producer to request and refine ad creatives that are built to convert. Advisory: Advise management on special events or days that Crave can benefit from through participation or by creating new items for these occasions.

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
