Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage performance-driven paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and revenue goals.
Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting to improve performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.
Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
Stay updated on digital advertising trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of hands-on experience in paid marketing
(agency experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms.
Proven track record of delivering ROI through paid campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
