to optimize creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
Collaborate with
affiliate marketing
, content, CRM, and product teams to ensure user acquisition aligns with LTV and retention strategies.
Manage
budgets and bidding strategies
across media platforms to maximize profitability.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics (e.g., CAC, ROAS, FTDs, retention, CLTV).
Ensure all campaigns are
compliant with regulatory and brand guidelines
for relevant jurisdictions (e.g., Europe, LatAm, MENA).
Work closely with BI/data teams to gain insights and refine targeting strategies using player behavior and segmentation.
Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
3+ years
of experience in performance marketing within the
iGaming/betting sector
(sportsbook and/or casino).
Strong knowledge of
ad platforms
: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, Programmatic DSPs, etc.
Experience managing
large-scale budgets
and optimizing campaigns based on performance KPIs.
Familiarity with
tracking platforms
(e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer, Voluum, Everflow).
Proficient in
Google Analytics, GA4
, and other reporting tools.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization skills.
Understanding of
user acquisition funnel
and iGaming lifecycle marketing strategies.
