Our Abu Dhabi-based agency is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute client-paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for an analytical marketer who can turn insights into impactful digital strategies that drive measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage data-driven marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels
Create detailed media plans outlining budgets, target audience strategies, and projected campaign outcomes
Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve strong ROAS, CPA, and conversion goals
Monitor campaign analytics and customer behavior to enhance funnel performance and retention
Oversee budgets, track KPIs, and produce detailed performance reports with actionable insights
Work collaboratively with creative and media teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Requirements:
3-5 years of proven experience in digital and performance marketing
Demonstrated ability to build detailed media plans and forecast campaign metrics
Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms
Strong analytical and technical skills using Google Analytics, GTM, and attribution tools
Experience with SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Skilled in Excel, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools for data visualization
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
Arabic-speaking candidates based in Abu Dhabi are preferred
