will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing high-impact digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth. This role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical ability, and hands-on experience across multiple digital marketing platforms including
Google Ads, SEO, Paid Social, Display Advertising, and Email Marketing

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy Development
Develop and execute a comprehensive
performance marketing strategy
aligned with organizational goals.
Identify target audiences, customer segments, and digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.
Establish performance KPIs to measure success across campaigns.
2. Campaign Management
Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end campaigns across
SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Display, and Email Marketing
.
Continuously monitor campaign metrics and performance trends.
Implement A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel improvements to maximize conversions.
3. Budget & ROI Management
Manage and allocate the
marketing budget
effectively across channels.
Track and analyze spend efficiency, ensuring campaigns deliver optimal returns.
Prepare and present budget utilization and ROI reports.
4. Data Analytics & Insights
Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) to derive actionable insights.
Use data-driven insights to refine targeting, optimize creative content, and enhance customer acquisition strategies.
5. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and skill development sessions.
6. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment.
Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure efficient campaign execution.
7. Innovation & Experimentation
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in
digital marketing
.
Introduce new ideas, platforms, and techniques to drive campaign performance and scalability.
8. Reporting & Optimization
Prepare regular reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Present results and improvement plans to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a
Performance Marketing Manager
or similar role.
Strong understanding of
digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms
.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and CRM systems.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
Excellent leadership and people management capabilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
; Master's degree preferred.
