: We are looking for a qualified social media Specialist to join our Marketing team. You will develop and implement a comprehensive social media plan. The ideal candidate will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. Follows the major duties & responsibilities involved in this position. Responsibilities Build and manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Snapchat and identify additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
Run social media performance campaigns to generate sales and leads with the right marketing strategy.
Understand the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs and requirements to come up with the right plan that meets the client\xe2\x80\x99s goals.
Complete daily and weekly tasks assigned by the reporting person in a timely manner to obtain sufficient results; All tasks are to be in line with the reporting personnel\xe2\x80\x99s instructions and approval.
Familiar with ROAS, CPA/CPS, CPM, CPC, ROI & CTR Model
Co -contribute to team efforts by accomplishing the tasks as needed
Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or a related field
Familiar with ROAS, CPA/CPS, CPM, CPC, ROI & CTR Model
Experience in Facebook ads manager, Instagram ads, Snapchat & TikTok ads \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven work experience for a minimum of 2 years as a social media strategist or social media specialist.
Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
Hands-on experience using social media for performance marketing \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
