Digital Marketing\: Sr Executive Performance Marketing

Job Description

The job holder will be responsible for Digital & Performance Marketing by executing marketing activities in line with the Concept guidelines. Launch & Optimize SEM campaigns and hold responsibility of channel\xe2\x80\x99s performance and delivering results.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing (SEM / SEO / Display / Remarketing / App Marketing)
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy for Home Box across Paid Performance & Organic channels
  • Maintain the Digital Marketing Activity Calendar & Budgets to plan and execute all branding & communication required with external resources - Creative, Media, PR & Digital to meet deadlines at all the times.
  • Offline Brand & Digital Campaigns across YouTube / Large Display Publishers
  • Expert ability in Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn advertising, copying, ad design & Optimization.
  • Owner of Website Funnels & Hygiene Metrics of the website
  • Owner of Tech enhancements and new roadmap items for Home Box website
  • Understand the optimization steps in terms of reaching the right audience, acquiring potential customers & keeping the CAC in control.
  • Measure & report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Monitor trends in online community tools, trends and applications.
  • Prepare daily, Weekly & monthly reports with insights on campaigns.
  • Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and developments.
Must Have:
  • 4 + years of GCC / India experience in a similar role with a key focus on performance digital marketing
  • Driven by numbers and analytics, research-oriented with good report creation skills.
  • Certifications in Google AdWords / Google Analytics preferred
  • Web / Online Content Design and Development Certification preferable.
  • Specific exposure to digital marketing, new media and e-channel management
  • Agency Management, Media Planning experience
  • Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
  • Strong understanding of the digital environment as a distribution, marketing and engagement channel and experience with direct-response campaigns with external agencies.
  • Good understanding of and capability to lead conversion rate optimization, brand awareness and attention, content marketing and website merchandising efforts.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and deadline-sensitive; takes initiative and anticipates needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Experience managing external vendors (e.g. Google, Facebook) and agencies (e.g. media, social).
  • Fluent in English, written and Spoken. Arabic knowledge is a plus
