Role Summary
We are looking for a strong Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Regional Performance Marketing team, to work closely with our Global team in Germany and local market teams across all MENA countries to help them grow their business on our platform.
You must showcase demonstrable experience of increasing new customer acquisitions and retention. All these efforts need to support the overall business and marketing objectives.

What\xe2\x80\x99s on your plate?
  • Managing key analytics initiatives for the performance marketing function, providing the different stakeholders (local, regional and central) with actionable results and insights to help achieve business objectives.
  • Understanding and analyzing complex performance marketing results, by channel and audience strategies and help drive effectiveness across the digital marketing landscape through actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Help in understanding and defining audience segmentation strategies on performance marketing channels, and collaborating closely with the Central customer engagement function to curate and run highly effective and targeted audience strategies based on data available in CDP and other data platforms.
  • Create different visualizations and reports for different stakeholders to deliver insights and results.
  • Ability to analyze and measure creative performance of the different performance marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Define media measurement strategy and understand the attribution modeling for talabat across all markets and channels.
  • Align and coordinate with local markets, central performance marketing and other stakeholders on OKR frameworks to deliver growth.
  • Understand and incorporate an incrementality testing mindset to drive true net growth and revenue across the performance marketing channels and different strategies.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing specialists in the regional team to drive and execute digital channel roadmaps and cross channel learnings;

    What did we order?
    • Bachelor\'s degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, Data Science or related disciplines).
    • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital media analytics and e-commerce/mobile marketing.
    • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, 1PD and use of modeling and scaling in performance marketing channels.
    • Excellent knowledge of the overall digital advertising ecosystem;
    • Track record of effectively prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
    • You have a growth mindset - being analytical, comfortable with numbers and eager to test & learn;
    • You\'ll need to be flexible, performance-driven, able to work to tight deadlines and be willing to be hands-on to get the job done;
    • You\'re an expert in data visualization and have strong skills in SQL, Python, Excel and tableau and general working experience in API.
    • Knowledge of ad networks, exchanges and biddable media is preferred.
    • Fluency in written and spoken English and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
