Company Description
We are seeking a technology-oriented, performance marketing executive with the ability to develop, monitor and optimise marketing related deliverables of client packages - including content marketing, lead generation and online advertising campaigns. The individual will be highly digitally savvy, analytical and data oriented with a history of continuous improvement and learning from past campaign performance. Experience of marketing technologies (email marketing and CMS systems) is a must. The candidate will be a strong communicator who works well as part of a marketing team but can also understand client goals, with exceptional attention to detail, strong project management skills and the ability to work in a busy high-pressured environment.
MARKETING EXECUTION
Coordinate the fullfilment of all marketing related deliverables for clients packages including digital sales bookings, virtual event bookings, physical event deliverables
Deliver engaging digital campaigns across our online media assets using a combination of email, content marketing platforms and lead generation
Identify target universe and key segments within target universe
Set up campaigns with tracking in place (as per Informa guidelines) and that as much of the campaign can be attributed to a channel/activity as possible
Evaluate performance of media, social media, edms and other digital advertising and and provide feedback/recommendations to marketing manager
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all client marketing agreements are produced in a timely manner
Help in the production of sales collateral (email, print, digital) for the commercial impact, digital and publications sales teams
Assist in producing timley reports for clients including campaign performance and recommendations for future campaigns
ANALYSIS & INSIGHT
As directed by the marketing manager, monitor campaign performance and produce relevant and timely reports
Work with internal teams to ensure data governance and data management policies are adhered to
Input into pre-agreed reports during and post campaign to monitor channel effectiveness and ROI
Use recommended campaign analytics dashboards daily to monitor performance
Become part of a culture of testing and metrics-driven decision making in the team
Qualifications
Thorough understanding & experience of digital (PPC, SEO, online advertising) and direct marketing
Database development and growth including segmentation / advanced targeting
Analytical and questioning mindset
Significant exposure to design and print suppliers / agencies
Deadline and target driven
Experience of working in a pressurised environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in the use of MS Office including intermediate/advanced PowerPoint, Word, Excel and
Experience of using marketing automation technology (preferably Eloqua)
Experience of working with CMS platforms (but coding knowledge not required)
Experience of marketing analytics and reporting platforms (Google Analytics/Adobe or others)
Formal business/marketing higher education qualification
Experience using Eloqua and/or Adobe Experience Manager
