Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Manage
lead generation campaigns
for property sales, rentals, and off-plan projects
Track, analyze, and optimize performance based on
CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
Implement and manage
conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, and CRM integrations
A/B test creatives, landing pages, audiences, and ad copies
Collaborate with creative and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in
Performance / Digital Marketing
, preferably in
Real Estate
Proven experience managing
high-budget paid campaigns
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Tag Manager
Experience with
real estate lead funnels
and CRM tools
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
UAE real estate market experience
Experience with
off-plan property marketing
Knowledge of landing page tools (Unbounce, Webflow, WordPress, etc.)
Basic understanding of SEO and email automation
