About the Role

We are seeking a

data-driven and AI-savvy Performance Marketing Expert

to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will lead performance marketing initiatives across digital channels using

AI tools, automation, and analytics

to maximize ROI, improve conversion rates, and scale paid campaigns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

? Plan, execute, and optimize

performance marketing campaigns

across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.

? Utilize

AI-driven tools

for campaign automation, predictive targeting, and performance insights.

? Develop and test

AI-enhanced ad creatives

and personalized audience segments.

? Manage

budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing

for maximum ROI.

? Analyze campaign performance using

advanced analytics and dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.)

.

? Collaborate with design, content, and data teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

? Stay updated with the latest

AI marketing trends, tools, and technologies

.

Report weekly and monthly performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

? 5+ years of experience in

performance marketing

with a proven track record of managing ROI-positive campaigns.

? Strong knowledge of

Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads

, and retargeting platforms.

? Hands-on experience with

AI/automation tools

(e.g., Jasper, AdCreative.ai, Phrasee, ChatGPT, Smartly.io).

? Proficiency in

data analytics and visualization tools

(GA4, Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc.).

? Strong understanding of

SEO, SEM, conversion tracking, and attribution models

? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

? Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or related fields is a plus.
