Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Social Media Executive experienced in Meta, Google, and WhatsApp Ads , with a strong command of data management and Excel. The role involves handling AI-driven and IVR campaigns , managing campaign data, and driving results through strategic digital and social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills with creative social media expertise to support the company's real estate marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta, Google, and WhatsApp ad campaigns focused on real estate lead generation.
Manage AI-powered and IVR campaigns, track performance, and ensure accurate data flow for leads.
Handle daily data reports and maintain detailed Excel sheets on performance, CPL, ROI, and ad spend.
Oversee social media marketing across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) -- including content coordination, boosting strategies, and engagement tracking.
Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure alignment of ad creatives and brand messaging.
Monitor trends and competitor activities in real estate digital marketing to enhance campaign performance.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to synchronize ad strategies with lead generation targets.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in Performance and Social Media Marketing, preferably in a real estate or agency environment.
Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and WhatsApp Campaigns.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analytics , and campaign reporting.
Knowledge of AI tools, automation, and IVR system integration.
Strong understanding of social media trends , audience targeting, and content engagement.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CRM systems (Bitrix, HubSpot, or similar).
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Pixel tracking, and conversion optimization.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
