The Role
We are looking to hire a new Performance Marketing Director to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing an in-house Marketing team, as well as expertise in Digital Marketing, Real Estate, and Lead Generation. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the entire performance marketing team and overseeing all digital marketing activities for Unique Properties \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare marketing plans, budgeting, campaign strategies and implementing them to achieve the proposed goals \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for direct marketing campaigns and generate leads in line with business objective \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the execution of all marketing campaigns across various digital platforms \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate and present performance marketing reports and data to top management on a weekly and monthly basis \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with graphic designer, videographer/photographer for creation of digital assets for advertising purposes \xe2\x80\xa2 Work in collaboration with web developer for the creation of landing pages and microsites \xe2\x80\xa2 Select, direct and manage external agencies; prepare briefs and performance reports as and when required \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct research and pick unique advertising trends and techniques to stand out from the competition \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor the inflow of leads on a daily basis and be able to implement strategies to enhance leads quality \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with Sales Directors and Managers to enhance marketing support for the Sales team \xe2\x80\xa2 Derive unique ideas and strategies to enhance the marketing performance of the department \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze data and present accordingly to the senior management \xe2\x80\xa2 Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will possess : \xe2\x80\xa2 A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing/Advertising \xe2\x80\xa2 8+ years experience in Digital Marketing \xe2\x80\xa2 Real estate and Lead-Generation experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven ability to plan and manage budgets \xe2\x80\xa2 Social media & PR experience would be an advantage
