Job Description

Looking for a Female Marketing Director with Real estate / Developers background in the UAE with the following roles and responsibilities Establishing the company's marketing department in Dubai . Developing and implementing a general marketing & branding plan for the company. Must have Real estate / developers background. Full knowledge of Outdoor - ATL , BTL , digital publications marketing .online offline , radio and TV ) Selecting and using appropriate marketing channels Developing and implementing a marketing & branding mix Researching audiences, target population(s) and markets in order to identify market potentials Leading & managing Events, copywriters, graphic designers and web developers Developing and implementing a general PR plan for the company Developing and implementing PR plans for Luxe Developers Coordinating press releases and other PR items & communications for the Media Designing and approving all Approving all media collaterals Choosing, buying and placing advertisements and advertisement spaces in lieu with the company requirements. Monitoring media appearance & advertisements as and when required. Establishing & managing relationships with media channels, planning & placing communication through said media channels Advising management on best course of action in regards to marketing, media, PR, branding and advertisement.

• Analyze and track performance marketing performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners
• Manage marketing budget and show project ROI

Other duties as assigned by the position's line manager and/or the company's management. Good relationship with the company vendors. Position Requirements The position holder should have Knowledge of ERP systems. Knowledge of MS office Knowledge of Real Estate and Developers industry Knowledge of allocated countries, regions and target markets Knowledge of Marketing tools & strategies 10+ years of experience as Marketing Director Experience in leading teams Preferred Skills & Qualifications The position holder should have Communication skills (written & spoken) in English and Arabic (optional) MBA in marketing preferably from UK / USA Time management skills Prioritization skills Follow-up skills High degree of organization Knowledge & connections with media channels in UAE SALARY RANGE - AED 15000 - 20000 Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

• Master's (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving license (Preferred)
