Your Responsibilities
Plan, execute and optimize
Google, Meta and TikTok Ads
Manage budgets and performance (ROAS, CTR, conversion rates)
Prepare reports and derive recommendations
Work closely with social media, content and e-commerce teams
Support international market entries and product launches
Your Profile
Proven experience in performance marketing
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads & Meta Business Manager
Analytical mindset and data-driven working style
Excellent English skills (German is a plus)
