Dubai, UAE (In-House Role)

Experience Required:

3+ years in managing paid campaigns across the GCC

Job Summary:



We're looking for a

results-driven Google & Meta Ads Specialist

to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across

Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram

. The ideal candidate understands

GCC consumer behavior

, can manage budgets effectively, and drive

quality traffic, conversions, and ROAS

for our eCommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, set up, and optimize

Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns

. Manage

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

for both awareness and conversion goals. Conduct

A/B testing

, track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA), and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Collaborate with the

marketing manager and graphic/media team

to develop ad creatives and landing pages. Analyze campaign data to continuously improve performance and ROI. Stay updated on

platform trends and GCC-specific ad policies

.

Requirements:



Proven experience (3+ years) managing Google & Meta Ads for

eCommerce brands in UAE/GCC

. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite. Understanding of

Arabic-speaking audiences

and local market dynamics is a plus. Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results within timelines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
