Your Role

As our senior-level lead, you'll architect advanced paid media strategies that drive high-quality traffic, leads, and conversions. You will manage full-funnel digital campaigns across Google and Meta, using data-informed insights to optimize performance and scale success.

Key Responsibilities

Create, launch & optimize campaigns across Google and Meta Develop data-driven strategies using various ads platform tools Conduct rigorous A/B tests - creative, targeting, landing pages Automate bidding, attribution models & reporting Present campaign insights (ROAS, CPA, CAC) to stakeholders and clients Develop and execute media buying strategies aligned with campaign objectives (CPA, ROAS, CPL). Conduct audience research and implement precise targeting. Track campaign performance daily and generate weekly/monthly reports with key insights, KPIs and recommendations. Allocate, maintain and track budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI

Requirements

5+ years driving results with Google & Meta ads Experience with managing large budgets from six to seven figures Strong analytical mindset; fluent in translating stats into strategy Ability to meet campaign goals while delivering value. Certified (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint), bonus if familiar with GTM, Shopify, Klaviyo Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with planners, vendors, clients and team members.
