Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Performance Marketing Specialist

to join our dynamic team at True Vision Properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our real estate projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

performance marketing strategies

across multiple digital channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). Optimize campaigns to maximize

ROI, CTR, and lead quality

while reducing CPL (Cost Per Lead). Manage

paid media budgets

efficiently to achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets. Conduct

keyword research, A/B testing

, and audience segmentation for better ad performance. Track and analyze campaign performance using

analytics tools

(Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and create detailed reports. Collaborate with the

sales team

to ensure alignment between marketing leads and conversion goals. Stay updated with the latest

real estate marketing trends

and digital advertising best practices in Dubai's property market.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in

performance marketing/digital advertising

, preferably in real estate or similar industry. Strong knowledge of

programmatic advertising

. Proficiency in

analytics tools

and data-driven decision-making. Excellent understanding of

Dubai real estate market trends
