We are searching for a candidate with all-around experience in Web Project Management, Web Development, Web Analytics, Domain Knowledge of Real Estate User Experience, Digital Marketing, and Google Analytics.
Responsibilities.
Establish the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with our business needs
Lead the implementation of media planning and buying, search, conversion rate optimization and data and analytics to support future business growth.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that the marketing strategy aligns with the company's digital strategy and efforts
Lead the analytics and reporting function in digital campaigns with a focus on optimization.
Establish best practices around the use of data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness and lead our overall approach to use of digital marketing agencies.
Skills and Qualifications:
a) Strong experience in SEO, data analytics, marketing campaigns, strategic planning, user experience and web development.
b) Determine the company's growth and development strategies for the company's digital assets and ensure the development and business performance of these assets
c) Maintain ownership of all digital channels like Website, mobile apps, social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter), messaging channels and gateways.
d) Manage, coordinate, and administer all web projects/tasks from the conceptual stages through planning, development, content, testing, launch, and closure
e) Ensure the technical operability & optimization of the company's digital assets in conjunction with internal or external stakeholders
f) Manage the internal and external digital designers to ensure smooth UI/UX
g) Lead the content team to optimize and amplify high-quality content
h) Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and ensure they are executed within the budget and timelines
i) Develop ongoing web strategy for continued growth - Implement SEM/SEO strategy
j) Manage the email marketing program. Define email calendar plans, segmentation, measurement, and internal communication in the context of the overall marketing plan
k) Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
