Job Description

Our leading Facilities and Property Management client has a new requirement for a well experienced Performance Enhancement Engineer to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Successful candidates will have extensive FM performance enhancement experience on large scale FM and Asset Management projects in the UAE. Only candidates with proven experience of driving facilities and asset management project delivery and contracts. . This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Perform site operations review and evaluation of processes, collecting operational data and customer satisfaction issues to enhance performance and foster continuous improvement of the Contract

  • Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure processes are defined with clear guidance, KPIs and governance mechanisms; whilst also driving to reduce cost, improve efficiency, and improve effectiveness through process optimisation.
  • Develop the ability to quickly identify process problem statement through Root Cause Analysis and other relevant methodologies and tools.
  • Drive with the Technical Services Team, change and improvement across the Operations team performance by creating the necessary programs to improve efficiency.
  • Execute site operational analysis as per defined plan/program.
  • Lead project solutions implementation and drive for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain an updated database and associated dashboards to ensure availability of data from an end-to-end platform to provide management the visibility and insights needed
  • Monitor and keep track of the approved improvement plans by monthly reporting and through spot checks to ensure that the recommended changes are being followed
  • Identify and highlight issues in performance and strategies and come up with recommendation to tackle them or apply the necessary corrective actions.
  • Support in driving a continuous improvement mentality across operations by doing quality checks on the current process and program.
  • Analyse subcontractor performance against Contract obligations and Customer satisfaction.
  • Advise on operational changes/enhancements aimed at improving overall FM performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager
Performance Enhancement Engineer (Facilities and Asset Management) Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree with Management Experience in Facility Service, Certificate in Project Management is an advantage.
  • Six Sigma training and QMS experience highly valued but not essential
  • Minimum of 9 years' experience in FM or similar industries.
  • Strong FM technical & financial awareness
  • Good contract management experience
  • Have strong knowledge in Quality Assurance
  • KPI introduction and management experience
  • Project/Program management experience
  • Subcontractor management and performance measurement
  • IT Systems setup Skills
  • Demonstrate strong experience in identifying and improving processes in the FM industry to suit best practices
  • Able and willing to raise potentially controversial issues for management's action.
  • Able to operate in fast paced 24/7/365 environment
  • Flexible, responsive and willing to consider change
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED17,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
