HVAC Sales
We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with HVAC background, primarily in Central A/C Grills products.
The HVAC Sales Engineer will conduct sales acquisition, and should have good contact with MEP Consultants.
Scope of Work:
1. Should be able to maximize revenue by increasing the sales volume and meeting the given target.
2. Perform outside sales activities, including commuting as required to meet with potential and existing clients.
3. Prepare estimates for equipment, materials, projects, and services.
4. Represent the Organization as the preferred service provider for customers.
5. Maintain a high level of business ethics.
6. Leads by example through personal compliance with all Company policies, procedures, and workplace.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop proposals for presentation to customers based on enquiries sent and analyze specifications, proposals and other documents with customers.
2. Determine customer need and work closely with customers to determine the most cost-effective and sellable solutions, thereby increasing and sustaining customer loyalty.
3. Conduct post sale follow-ups with customers to ensure all sales agreements have been accomplished and customers are satisfied with all aspects of the transaction.
4. Manage and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction and provide solutions for performance enhancement and proactive resolution of issues to ensure customer expectations are met.
5. Ensure Company financial standards are maintained, including; but not limited to, profitability, productivity, payment schedules, subcontracts, terms, conditions, and accurate invoicing.
6. Follow-up with internal and external contacts in a timely manner.
7. Maintain accurate and timely sales activity information in Company sales management and reporting tools.
