Plan, execute, and manage
paid advertising campaigns
across

Google Ads

Analyze and optimize campaigns for
ROAS, CPL, CTR

conversion rates

Manage daily budgets and scaling strategies to maximize performance.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting.
Set up, track, and report on

and analytics data.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in
performance advertising
or
paid media management

Demonstrated success in

Strong understanding of
