What you'll be doing: This role requires the incumbent to process employee separation seamlessly and with adherence to law of the land, company policies, accuracy of final settlement and giving the exiting employee an unhindered experience. : xc2xb7 Process employee separation requests from HR Business Partners (HRBP) within business timelines xc2xb7 Preparing separation checklists on time and submitting to payroll for Final Settlement (FS) calculation xc2xb7 Must have good knowledge of the UAE & GCC labor laws to verify final settlement calculation xc2xb7 Handle employee/ex-employee queries on FS and visa cancellation or any other requests/queries xc2xb7 Ensuring employee passports are released post visa cancellation xc2xb7 Preparing documentation for termination cases that arise out of an employee's medical unfitness, death or disability at work and coordinate with Insurance, Travel desk and HRBP teams for case closure xc2xb7 Monitor and track employee's exit status for legal compliance xc2xb7 Review the FS for accuracy of information and employee benefits computation xc2xb7 Active participation in Employee services projects or any other HR team activity xc2xb7 Process active employee's visa renewals in coordination with their respective Line Managers for their confirmation on employee's renewal approval xc2xb7 Processing eligible employee's family benefit and visa for requests received from the employee xc2xb7 Coordination with GR team for visa/labour card cancellation, updating absconding and status tracking xc2xb7 Weekly update of exit trackers to the Team leader and preparing reports on MS Excel for dashboard, audit and other reporting requirements xc2xb7 Maintain high levels of integrity of data and information with absolute confidentiality Experience: xc2xb7 2-5 years of relevant experience for People Specialist, preferably in GCC locations xc2xb7 Experience with handling bulk employee data and updates in HR systems xc2xb7 Have experience in working on robust HRMS systems - preferred experience in Success Factors or SAP S4 Hana skills: xc2xb7 Eye for detail xc2xb7 Working knowledge of Success Factors or SAP S4 Hana xc2xb7 Auditing mindset on employee data xc2xb7 Effective communicator Why Join GMG?
