Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal staffing levels across stores through effective workforce planning and coordination with recruitment teams
  • Support store leaders in managing frontline performance through reviews, coaching, and targeted interventions
  • Handle employee relations matters including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions in line with UAE labor laws
  • Oversee consistent onboarding and delivery of frontline training and development programs
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention across store teams
  • Coach store managers and supervisors to strengthen leadership and people management capabilities
  • Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and timekeeping trends and implement corrective actions where required
  • Ensure consistent execution of core people processes including performance reviews, probation assessments, talent identification, and improvement plans
  • Support operational and structural changes while maintaining compliance and workforce stability
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 to 7 years of people and organization experience, including 2 to 3 years in a fast-paced frontline environment
  • Proven experience managing large frontline workforces across multiple sites
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, compliance, and employee relations practices
  • Demonstrated capability in workforce planning, attendance management, and frontline performance management
  • Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure and tight timelines
  • Fluency in English, Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage
