Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated People and Organization Executive to support HR operations and employee engagement for Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment. The role involves managing employee lifecycle documentation, organizing engagement programs, and assisting with recruitment and performance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, promotion, and exit documentation with accuracy
• Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities such as town halls and recognition programs
• Support recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Collaborate on Emiratization programs and initiatives for UAE national talent development
• Track performance review cycles and assist in data collection
• Ensure HR system data accuracy and generate basic reports
• Provide timely responses to employee inquiries related to HR processes

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of HR support experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
