Position Overview
The People and Organisation Coordinator supports the Human Capital Business Partner in delivering smooth and compliant day-to-day HR operations within Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment. The role focuses on employee lifecycle management, Emiratization tracking, HR coordination, and employee engagement, acting as a key point of contact for employees while ensuring accurate records, compliance, and efficient people processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support the HCBP in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee movements across Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment.
Coordinate with shared services teams such as Recruitment, Lifecycle, and Government Relations to ensure timely completion of onboarding documentation and government processes.
Conduct orientation sessions and EMPOWERED framework training for new joiners in collaboration with the Learning and Development team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR trackers covering new hires, exits, promotions, salary changes, investigations, and other people-related activities.
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, providing clear guidance on policies, procedures, and benefits.
Support employee relations activities, including attending investigations, processing records of discussion, and assisting with investigation reports and NAVEX actions.
Monitor Emiratization targets, labor card and visa expiry dates, and compliance requirements to mitigate risks and avoid penalties.
Support employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and people programs that contribute to a positive and high-performance workplace culture.
Ideal Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar people operations role.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel trackers and reporting tools.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Arabic.
High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset suitable for a dynamic HR environment.
