Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the planning, execution and successful delivery of all Group HR transformation projects.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR leadership, IT and cross functional teams to gather requirements, communicate project updates and manage expectations.
• Develop and implement a robust change management strategy to facilitate the smooth transition from current processes to the new transformed state. This will include the development and delivery of communications and training material.
• Evaluate existing HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
• Provide leadership in communicating the benefits and impacts of the HR transformation to all stakeholders.
• Oversee the implementation of new HR technologies and processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with the IT team to define technical requirements and ensure the successful deployment of HR technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including projects plans, status reports and risk assessments.

Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills

• Proven Experience (5+ years) in automating processes and leading transformation projects from initiation to completion
• 15+ years of HR experience. Middle East and Family-owned business experience would be ideal.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practice.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Experience developing performance metrics and reporting.
• Demonstrated change management experience, guiding teams through cultural and organizational shifts.
• Technical proficiency in HR technologies (Oracle would be ideal)
