We are looking for focused and dynamic PEOPLE & CULTURE ASSOCIATE. This position will initially be located in Casablanca, Morocco., however the successful candidate will be expected to move to Tangiers/Tetouan towards the end of 2024. As People & Culture Associate Factory you will be part of P&C N&WA team, reporting to P&C Director N&WA. You will be focusing on providing support to the factory organization by keeping P&C systems up to date, running factory payroll process, addressing employee needs and preparing various reports. You will also be involved in all critical P&C programs: Recruitment and Onboarding, supporting Factory Employee Lifecycle from Hire to Retire.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Delivering Onboarding sessions for new Factory employees Support design of P&C Factory process and payroll replacement during the project implementation phase. Keep employee records accurate and up to date (SAP HR, Learning records in SuccessFactory, Payroll, physical filing and archives). Administer compensation processes for the factory employees (Bonus calculation, PSIP calculation, etc.) Manage timesheets, shift planning and overtime calculations. Address employee queries and demands. You will be involved in design of most of P&C processes for the new factory and further support their smooth execution.

EDUCATION

University degree in P&C/Law or Finance,

WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3 - 5 years working experience in factory HR.

SKILLS

Excellent English, French and Arabic speaker. Knowledge of Morocco legislation, especially GSC is a plus. Diligent, attentive to detail and numbers oriented. Computer fluency in MS applications and software (SAP, SuccessFactors is a plus). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
