What you can expect:The overall focus of the Operations & Technology (O&T) Client Manager is to provide oversight and support on day to day administration activities for a specific portfolio clients. In the role, additional project management for scheme changes and new business installations will also be expected.The O&T client manager will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day delivery of an excellent, efficient service level to a specific portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will work closely with O&T business leaders, O&T teams, Client Managers and Client Directors and actively participate in the development of our administration service offering and seek to find efficiencies across processes and deliverables.They will be responsible for providing support to all colleagues in O&T including supporting the DB and DC Operations Teams and Pension Payroll as required.We will rely on you to:You will work within the client management team to ensure that service delivery meets client expectations including members' needs. You will proactively work with the client management team, administration teams and other parts of the business to strengthen relationships, especially with our colleagues in the wealth area, to enhance Mercer's ability to deliver a strong, efficient service to our clients.You will assist with the completion of RFP documents and have a natural interest in sales with the view to representing the O&T area at client pitches of the future.You will monitor service level agreements and following up on annual calendar of events actions for key clients.
