We are seeking a

qualified and experienced Pediatric Specialist (MD)

to join our healthcare team on a

full-time basis

. The Pediatrician will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents -- ensuring accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and compassionate, family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide preventive and curative medical care for children, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health screenings. Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric conditions and illnesses. Order and interpret diagnostic tests as part of patient evaluation and management. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and caregivers. Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventive healthcare. Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care. Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records in compliance with DOH standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Pediatrics.

Valid DOH (Department of Health - Abu Dhabi) license

or eligibility for licensing. Board certification (or equivalent) in Pediatrics. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Fellowship training or subspecialty experience (e.g., Neonatology, Pediatric Cardiology) is

an advantage.

Previous experience in a hospital or multi-specialty medical center. BLS and PALS certification.
