Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and professional DHA

Registered Nurse

to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients while adhering to medical protocols and standards. This role is essential to supporting the delivery of patient-centered care in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in accordance with the healthcare facility's policies, procedures, and professional standards. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the medical team. Assist with diagnostic tests, procedures, and patient education to ensure comprehensive care. Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Educate patients and their families on disease management, recovery, and preventive healthcare. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols. Support patient admissions and discharges, ensuring proper documentation and communication. Attend team meetings and participate in continuous professional development.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent from a recognized institution.

License

: Valid nursing license issued by the UAE (or eligibility for licensure in Dubai through the DHA, HAAD, or MOH).

Experience

: Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or specialized healthcare facility.

Skills

: Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team. Proficient in the use of medical software and electronic health records (EHR). Knowledge of infection control practices and patient safety standards. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently. Compassionate and empathetic with a commitment to patient care.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in specialty areas such as ICU, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, or Obstetrics. Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus). Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.

Working Conditions
