Job Title: Superintendent - PED, Technology Location: Al-Shuaiba, Al Ahmadi Governorate, Kuwait Unit - Q.A. Division - Technology Department - Process Development & Engineering. Max Salary - 1400 KWD per month + health insurance for self & family

Description We are looking for a talented and skilled Process Engineering Superintendent to join our multicultural and diverse Technology team. As the Process Engineering Superintendent, you will manage the technical analysis of the Rolling Mills process. In addition, you will manage the performance improvement and opportunity studies to improve the process efficiency and cost-effectiveness whilst managing the feasibility & technology study for new processes and equipment. Must have: Required Qualifications: Engineering preferred Metallurgy or Chemical or Process. Preferred Experience: Minimum 10 Years of Experience. Exposure in Steel Melt Shop & Rebar Rolling Mill. JOB PURPOSE Manages Technical Analysis of Processes. Manages Performance Improvement & Opportunity Studies to Improve Process Efficiency and Cost Effectiveness. Manages Feasibility & Technology Study for New Processes, Equipment

Duties may include but will not be limited to: To carry out daily production, material consumption & delay analysis of operating units. Gap Analysis study for analysing and advising all operating Units team for implementation and process improvement and Eliminating Process deficiencies. Provide day-to-day support for production operations. Lead or assist with problem-solving to minimize downtime, maximize throughput, and ensure safety and quality. Collaborate closely with in-plant counterparts to implement new procedures as well as changes, revisions, and corrective actions. Preparing/verifying and presenting the Root cause analysis for process failures. Develop process engineering initiatives to manage project implementation and testing. Technical Evaluation / Analysis for new process, new equipment's, new plant facilities. Train and guide resources to improve total performance and productivity. Participate in and ensure proper day-to-day leadership of the process technology workforce (Experienced and Fresh graduate)

Job-Specific Skills: Excellent Operation and Process Knowledge in Steel Making and Rolling Mill Production. Operational (shopfloor) working experience would be preferred but not mandatory and should have worked in a Steel melt shop or caster area in the Steel industry Statistical Quality Control Techniques. Computer Skills for data analysis. Communication Skills. Conversant working on SAP systems & good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
