Job Description
We are looking for a talented and skilled PED Superintendent to join our multicultural and diverse team in Kuwait. Assume the duties of Administrative and Clerical supports in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office. Assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with Manages Performance Improvement & Opportunity Studies to improve the Process Efficiency and Cost Effectiveness. and perform a huge array of other essential tasks. Duties may include but will not be limited to:
- Develop process engineering initiatives to manage project implementation and testing.
- Technical Evaluation / Analysis for new process, new equipment\xe2\x80\x99s, new plant facilities.
- Collaborate closely with in-plant counterparts to implement new procedures as well as changes, revisions, and corrective actions.
- Preparing / verifying and presenting the Root cause analysis for process failures.
- Participate in and ensure proper day-to-day leadership of the process technology workforce (Experienced and Fresh graduate)
- Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions
