Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities Resources and Administration
Prepare lesson materials as required
Book transportation for fixtures and confirm logistics
Organise refreshments for sports events and fixtures
Update and maintain PE noticeboards and manage lost property returns
Manage the Sports Department inbox and handle general telephone/email correspondence
Communicate daily with parents and other schools regarding fixture logistics
Attend department meetings and take minutes
Liaise with Facilities and Operations teams regarding PE requirements
Update SOCS with fixture details, team sheets, venue maps, scores, and coach info
Produce reports and participation data, including win/loss ratios and CCA engagement
Support school communications and marketing (e.g., match reports and photos for newsletters/social media)
Technical Assistance
Set up and clear away sports equipment for lessons, CCAs, and events
Maintain tidy and organised PE stores
Perform regular maintenance on sports equipment and kit
Wash bibs and team kits as needed
Order and maintain appropriate stock levels of sports materials and equipment
Clean and safely store all resources in line with school policies and safety procedures
General Duties
Assist with the planning and execution of internal and external sports events, fixtures, and tournaments (including weekends)
Support venue hire bookings by setting up/removing equipment and providing on-site assistance
Promote child protection, health and safety, equal opportunities, and confidentiality
Respond effectively to student needs and promote positive interactions and sportsmanship
Support in lessons, CCAs, fixtures, trips, and events as required
Assist with all campus events related to the Sports Facilities
Qualifications: Minimum Years of Experience Required Minimum:
Experience as an administrator or in a similar role
Desirable:
Experience working in a school environment
Experience working in sports or leisure administration
Nature of Relevant Experience Required
Ability to work in a busy environment
Team player willing to take on a wide variety of tasks
Able to communicate effectively with both children and staff

Fluent in written and spoken English
