Far Stafford, headquartered in Tangier, Morocco, is an information technology, cyber security, management systems support, as well as business and infrastructure management services. Far Stafford is a back office of its sister companies in the United States, founded to provide analytical, management and administrative services. Payroll Specialists, or Payroll Administrators, are administrative professionals responsible for maintaining payroll systems and processing paychecks according to schedule and in the correct amount. Their duties include consolidating timesheet information and entering data into payroll databases, calculating paycheck amounts and distributing funds to employee accounts.

Responsibilities for Payroll Specialist:

• Process payroll for employees in the organization
• Maintain personnel database regarding salaries
• Manage organization budget and expenses
• Report to department supervisor regarding daily activities and issues
• Work directly with Operations to achieve organization goals as required
• Address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system
• Work with company database programs to process payroll
• Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget and

expense

• Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.
• Handling direct deposit requests and data

Qualifications for Payroll Specialist:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business or accounting preferred
• Proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment required
• Good understanding of the common fiscal procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Physically able to work seated in front of a computer for long hours at a time

• Patience and quick learner
• Know how to work on strict deadlines and on time
• Pay attention to details
