Job Description

One of the oldest and leading Cleaning Services in Dubai wanted to hire a SENIOR Payroll Specialist Dubai office. JOB PURPOSE: The position is responsible for preparing the monthly staff payroll, and updating our internal payroll databases, He/ she will work closely with different departments to increase performance and ensure smooth operations. Responsibility
  • Accountable to prepare monthly payrolls for all staff.
  • Report generation of leave salaries advances and deductions, air tickets, OT, sick leave, etc. for review.
  • End-of-service calculation based on the law of the Market for the impacted team members with leave salaries for employees before vacations.
  • Verification of attendance and interface/batch upload for \xe2\x80\x9cDeductions\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cAdjustments\xe2\x80\x9d
  • Handle the promotion memos with all salary changes and updates.
  • Maintain WPS Management System as per requirements.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration or a similar field
  • 3-4 Years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience handling payroll.
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
  • Experience in Ms. Office.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Data analysis and complex calculations
