Process employee compensation and benefits
Responsible for all tasks related to payroll processing (data gathering, review for accuracy, reporting and analysis)
Maintaining employee and service provider files and records in the database and assisting with the payroll activities
Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns for all the concerned parties
Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
Ability to develop and maintain a strong partnership with the various departments
Review and maintain the payroll process along with implementing and suggesting improvements
Enter and extract data from multiple HR Systems for reporting, compliance, and metrics purposes
Assist with the daily operations of the HR department and any other administrative support

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as Payroll Specialist or similar profile
Experience in processing the payroll for at least 1000+ employees
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administrations, or related field
Highly proficient with MS Office tools (experience in Excel is mandatory)
Candidates with critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities will best suited
Strong communication skills
