Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Payroll & Onboarding Executive with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Your expertise in HR systems and compliance will be crucial in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive employee experience from the very start.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management:

  • Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
  • Validate and reconcile payroll data, including attendance, leaves, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit all statutory payroll reports and filings.
Onboarding & HR Operations:
  • Manage the entire employee onboarding lifecycle within SAP SuccessFactors, from offer letter to system integration.
  • Conduct background checks, verify documents, and prepare employment contracts.
  • Facilitate a smooth and engaging first-day experience for new joiners, including orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records and data in the HR Information System (HRIS), primarily SuccessFactors.
  • Support other HR operational tasks such as leave management, benefits administration, and offboarding.
System & Process Improvement:
  • Leverage SAP SuccessFactors to automate and streamline HR processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within all HR systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in payroll and onboarding to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
  • Proven work experience as a Payroll Executive, HR Generalist, or in a similar role with hands-on payroll processing responsibilities.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (especially in the Onboarding, Employee Central, and Payroll modules).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax laws, and statutory compliance in [Specify Country/Region, e.g., the UAE].
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy with numerical data.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred:
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a significant plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
