As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate processing of payroll for our employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. You will play a crucial role in streamlining the payroll process, managing expenses, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Streamline the payroll process across a number of territories to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Organize and execute the payroll process in adherence to established deadlines.
  • Manage the expenses process, including the input format and verification of expenses.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including HR, finance, and employees, to address payroll-related queries and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee compensation, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
  • Generate and distribute payroll reports as required by management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or HR
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or payroll administration
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the region on payroll administration is a plus.
