We are looking for a qualified Payroll Officer to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and managing our Company’s group payroll data. If you feel passionate about this role, we's love to hear from you!

Role Responsibilities:
- Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets.
- Calculating employee work hours.
- Calculating employee benefits and applicable withholdings.
- Preparing employee compensation checks using payroll software.
- Ensuring compliance with company and state regulations.
- Scheduling electronic payments and handing out paycheques.
- Preparing payroll reports.
- Distributing payment statements.
- Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and withholdings.
- Entering new employee data into the company payroll list.
Role Qualifications:
- University degree in accounting, finance or in a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated work experience in a similar position.
- Advanced numerical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with accounting software and procedures.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Familiarity with state labor laws.
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly in MS Excel).
Will be considered an advantage:
- Familiarity with Menaitech system and Bamboo HR
