Payroll Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a Payroll Officer to join our HR department and administer our employee's compensation. Responsibilities . Collect monthly timesheets . Calculate allowances . Prepare employees' compensation by the end of each month . Ensure salaries and deductions comply with regulations . Enter new employees' data (e.g. bank accounts, salaries etc) into internal databases . Answer questions about compensation, benefits and insurance deductions . Calculating overtime and salary increases . Processing holiday, sick and vacations pay . Answering employee questions and complaints about payroll Requirements and skills . Bachelor's degree in accounting, human resources, or a similar field. . Previous experience working as a payroll officer at least 3 to 5 years. . Strong math skills and details oriented. . Proficient with MS (EXCEL) . Familiarity with accounting software and procedures. . Ability to handle confidential information. . Familiarity with Saudi labor laws. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
