Payroll Officer

Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates

Job Description

One of our clients in Ras Al Khaimah need a Payroll Officer who can immediately join.
  • Managing leave entitlements and payments
  • Ensuring accurate payroll transactions and payments
  • Preparation and timely delivery of pay slips and annual payment summaries
  • Assisting with month-end reporting
  • Answering general payroll enquiries, including advice on awards, policies, etc.
  • Resolving payroll issues
  • Working closely with HR and Finance departments
  • Regular filing and archiving of payroll information
Qualification
  • A Bachelor\'s degree is preferred
  • Relevant experience in the construction companies handling more than 300 labours and staffs
  • Knowledge of general payroll practices, procedures, operations and legislation
  • Deadline focused
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a broader team
  • Advanced computer skills including, Microsoft Word and Excel\xe2\x80\x8b
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Education:
